JOIN merges with POST Telecom

and offers you new benefits

Wholly-owned subsidiary of POST Group since 2018, JOIN takes a new step in the evolution of the company.

We are proud to announce that JOIN has merged with POST Telecom, the benchmark operator on the national market, on May 31st, 2020.

Aware that this transition should not involve unnecessary difficulties in your daily life, we have been working closely with POST Telecom so our customers can benefit from their fixed and mobile offers.

We will continue to serve our customers until the porting of their subscriptions to POST Telecom, however ordering new subscriptions is no longer possible.

1. I am a JOIN customer, what does it mean to me?

This merger will enable the evolution of your subscription to a large and more performant offer to better suit your needs in terms of fixed and mobile services.

You will shortly receive a personalized letter from POST Telecom that will give you all the details related your change of subscription and all the necessary information to guide you through this transition.

2. Can I keep my current phone number?

Of course! Your current phone number, linked to a JOIN subscription, will be automatically preserved when your subscription will be transferred to POST Telecom.

3. What happens if I disagree with this transfer to POST Telecom?

If you do not wish to benefit from POST Telecom services but you still wish to keep your current phone number, we invite you to port it to another mobile operator. To do so, please contact the mobile operator of your choice to take the necessary steps to port your current phone number.

However, if you do not wish to keep your phone number, you can easily cancel your JOIN subscription. To do so, please send us your cancelation request in writing via our contact form.

4. Will my current contract (price, duration, type, conditions, etc.) change?

Yes, because your subscription will change. During this transition, you will benefit from POST Telecom offers and their conditions will be applied. But please be assured that we have done everything to provide you similar offers, completely adapted to your needs along with exclusive promotions reserved to JOIN customers.

Please be aware, that unless opposed by you, the new conditions will be applied to your contract as a replacement of the conditions currently applicable (JOIN General Conditions) on the day of the transfer of your line.

5. What are the POST Telecom contact details if I need more information about their services?

For any question regarding your new POST Telecom subscription, we invite you to contact POST Customer Service by calling 8002 8004 (for private customers) or by calling 8002 4000 (for business customers).

6. Are the JOIN stores still opened?

Our JOIN store in Cloche d’Or Shopping Center is still opened! We would like to inform you that this store is now a co-branded store POST Telecom – JOIN! Do not worry, even if the sign is POST Telecom, our sales agents will still be there to welcome you.

Our stores in Esch-sur-Alzette, Ettelbrück and in Cora Foetz Shopping Center are permanently closed. However, you can visit POST Telecom stores in Esch-sur-Alzette and Ettelbrück. A JOIN sales agent will be there to welcome you and answer to any questions you might have.
